.What are you most passionate about professionally?personally?Personally I enjoy spending time with my children, doing creative things with them esp.my daughter.Reading is my another favourite thing to do.I can never stop learning new things.Exploring new places and different cusines is a part of my life.As an interior designer,I am passionate about creating truely beautiful, efficient and functional products to make people experience their interiors memorable.
.What would you do even if you did not get paid to do it?For me paying always does not mean the moneytery value.Money is not the payoff for every kind of work.I think in some cases monetary rewards are temporary and short lived. If my idea is being implemented,it can be emotionally gratifying by itself. It becomes a social resposibility. We cannot help ourselves without helping others. We cannot enrich our lives without enriching others. We cannot prosper without bringing prosperity to others.
.what are you surprisingly good at?I think the person whom I consider as my idle has taught me the quality of convincing and negotiating. And ofcourse having the ability to empathize with my coworkers and my clients.

.Did you accidentally join this career or you chose from childhood?as a child my ambition in life used to change frequently. There was a time when I wanted to be a doctor but circumstances wre not so favourable. So after joining our family business of lights and electrical fixtures ,my interest towards interior grew.
.What are your goals for next 10 years?10 years goal is a life time purpose for me.”Life is hard by the yard, but by the inch, its a cinch”.Short term planning and goal setting works for me.Becoming a sustainable business model is my long term goal.
.What was the biggest hurdle you faced when working for your career and how you overcome it?Initially balancing my family life and professional life was a big challenge. After having children life chaged totally. But thanks to my family members who helped me manage both the things.

.What things build you? What are the qualities that all should have to be successful in their careers?Frankly speaking I do not know the key to success.i think success should not be measured by our position in life but by the obstacles we overcome to get there.A person who is dedicated, determined, disciplined, committed and hardworking can achieve everything in life. And yes it depends upon the fighting spirit of each person.Love yourself.
.What is the biggest dream you have?I want to own a good restaurant.
